I had quite the mixed experience at Hotel Hermitage Amsterdam. The location was really great, making it easy to explore the city, but the room cleanliness and service left a lot to be desired. I encountered issues with the staff not respecting my request for privacy, and it honestly made my stay feel quite uncomfortable. Overall, it's a place I'd think twice about returning to.
